We work with couples who want a real planning partner.

The details are handled. The day is yours.

    All are welcome

We believe in diversity and the dignity of all people. We will honor and celebrate your love, and help you find vendors who share your values.

Γ€ La Carte Services

Sometimes you just need the right support at the right moment.

Our Γ  la carte services give you access to the same expertise and guidance without the commitment of a full package.

β€œI can’t stress this enough – what makes Sholeh truly special and unique is the way she tailors her support to fit each couple’s specific needs, rather than offering a one-size-fits-all package like many others do.”

Jessica Carbino

β€œSholeh was so kind and organized, went through our plans to make sure we weren’t forgetting anything, gave advice on how to streamline issues, and helped with so many behind-the-scenes details on the day.”

β€œSholeh played a pivotal role in making sure our big day went smoothly! Her organization skills, along with the tools she provided, streamlined the entire planning process. She managed all tasks and timelines with ease, both before and during the wedding, and working with her was an absolute delight! We truly couldn't have managed without her. She's simply the best!”

JoAnn Neenan

β€œHiring Sholeh Events was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding! From our first meeting with Sholeh, she made us feel so taken care of. She spent so much time getting to know us, listening to every little detail and piece of inspiration we shared, and somehow turned all of that into a wedding day that felt like pure magic.”

From First Call to Final Dance

Here's what working together actually looks like.

From your first planning call to the last vendor follow-up, every step is designed to take the logistics off your plate.

No dropped details, no last-minute scrambles, and no managing your own wedding day.

Step 1: Kickoff Call and Planning Toolkit

After you book, we sit down together and map out what your planning process is going to look like.

You leave with a Google Drive-based planning toolkit and a planner who already knows your priorities.

Step 2: Planning Meetings and Ongoing Support

We meet regularly, at whatever pace your timeline calls for.

Planning stops feeling like a second job because someone else is tracking all the moving pieces.

Step 3: Day-of Details Document

As the wedding gets closer, we build a detailed document shared with every vendor.

By the time it is done, you stop thinking about logistics and start thinking about the day.

Step 4: Wedding Day Coordination

We are on-site from setup through teardown.

You show up as a guest at your own wedding, not a coordinator.

Step 5: Post-Wedding Wrap-Up:

After the big day, we follow up with vendors, tie up loose ends, and share your gallery with the team.

The experience has a clean finish, not a to-do list.
