    There are no geographic limitations. I’m comfortable working remotely for the planning process and have traveled extensively domestically and abroad.

    Fusion weddings, Baha’i, Hindu, Jewish, Christian, Catholic, Persian, Middle-Eastern, non-religious weddings, multiple ceremonies, weddings in nature or in the city…each has their own needs, and we love creating custom packages that are sensitive to each wedding.

Full Planning

Our full planning packages allow you to turn over the challenging parts of planning to us, while retaining the decision-making and overall vision.

Coordination

You know what you want, you just don’t have the time or expertise to execute every single detail and need someone to take care of some items on your behalf. You get to do the fun stuff!

Mini Coordination

You want the peace of mind that comes with having us on your team, expert guidance as you plan, and onsite support so that you can enjoy your wedding day.

    • Based on your specific package, we create a custom meeting schedule to cover every detail, ensuring you feel completely calm and comfortable with the process.

  • Precision Custom Timeline Creation

    • We craft a detailed, streamlined timeline with built-in buffers. This document not only guides your day but also allows your vendors to provide the most accurate pricing and ensures every moment flows perfectly.

  • The Comprehensive Day-of Details Document

    • This Document (typically 8–12 pages) is the ultimate resource for the wedding day. It compiles every essential detail: vendor contacts, floor plans, setup instructions, and the final timeline—making complex logistics feel simple.

IV. Wedding Day Execution

  • Onsite Staffing & Detail Execution

    • We take charge of the entire wedding day schedule from setup to teardown, working directly with vendors and managing all logistics. We also handle the meticulous setup of all personal items (escort cards, signage, card boxes, etc) so you are 100% focused on enjoying your celebration.

  • Absolutely! Part of my job is helping you determine your needs.

  • I am based out of Chicago but I love planning all over and can easily plan remotely. I’ve worked events in many states and even internationally!

  • Absolutely!

  • I do not take commission from other vendors for recommendations. I only recommend people I think would be a good fit for your wedding.

FAQs

  • Yes! I have planned weddings of all types. Diversity and inclusion are very important to me and my goal is to ensure an authentic and loving experience. We have a specific team dedicated to Persian Wedding Vendors, the Sofreh Aghd, and other specific needs. Learn more about this here.

  • Yes. Most people don’t realize that the venue coordinator is there to see to the best interests of the venue. You need someone to be totally focused on your details, coordinating with other vendors, and problem-solving if something comes up.

  • I am currently listed as a preferred planner at a number of venues in Chicago and Naperville, including the Morton Arboretum, The Crawford, Naper Settlement, and more. However, I have worked at dozens of venues over the years (in many states!) and truly believe that a good planner can manage anywhere. 

  • I would say that most of my clients range between $20,000-$200,000. But I don’t place limits in either direction.
