Sholeh did a wonderful job coordinating our wedding. I consider myself a pretty organized person, but Sholeh really thought of everything on our wedding day. We primarily utilized her services for day-of coordination (which I highly recommend) as well as a few planning meetings before the day to ensure everything would run smoothly. She helped us stay on time and dealt with so many different issues on the day of our wedding. It was so valuable to have her there! To name a few things, she worked with us to create a great timeline (that we were actually able to stick to!), managed our whole bridal party’s lunch orders, coordinated deliveries and arrivals for 15 different vendors/people, and managed the collection of all of our items at the reception at the end of the night and even delivered them to our home when we returned from our honeymoon. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful day, and was so worth the money! I don’t know what we would have done without her.
Sholeh is a wonderful wedding coordinator. She helped me greatly whenever I needed vendor recommends, help navigating family issues, organizing the flow of my wedding weekend and so much more. Sholeh is a person you can rely on to work hard and do a fantastic job. I remember contacting Sholeh for timely assistance at midnight one time. She was away on a vacation with her family with limited access to email, but she thought of me in the midst of her family time and got right back to me. I also found her to be an incredibly calm and steady presence which helped greatly on my hectic wedding day. There were also times during my wedding planning where I hit a wall and didn’t want to think about the wedding and every detail to coordinate it, but Sholeh encouraged me with positivity to make decisions and get things done. I am an out of town bride who planned my Chicago wedding from out of state. Sholeh was invaluable to me as she was able to provide me with tons of on-site information and recommendations. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about her planning abilities and her interpersonal skills when it came to the day of my wedding. She’s really awesome!
We were engaged in early January and decided to have an engagement of 3 months. Sholeh was instrumental in facilitating our planning process. She provided us with a sheer corpus of savvy, relevant, and varied on-line resources that helped us realize our ideal plans. She generously offered her time during the planning process for consults by phone and Skype, and on the day of the wedding she worked cooperatively alongside our caterers to make the wedding a beautiful, harmonious event.
Sholeh’s calm presence and wonderful organizational abilities were a much-needed help on my wedding day. She did everything from ensuring the flowers in my hair were properly placed to staying late to help my parents move gifts to the car. Sholeh was gracious, thoughtful and professional-she is someone who is able to anticipate needs often before they are even expressed, and i would not hesitate to use her services again for an event.
It doesn’t surprise me that everyone who knows you wants you to plan some part of their wedding! It’s not just your organized thinking, ability to anticipate needs and calming presence that every bride hopes for. It’s also your natural gifts of listening, coaching and encouraging. I think the fact that you ENJOY planning weddings is contagious. When you added my wedding keepsakes to your scrapbook, I felt like I was being placed in the hall of fame of nuptials!
Sholeh is extremely self-motivated. New to her position, she was eager to learn and learned to do her job quickly and well. We worked closely together, and I found Sholeh to be reliable and helpful, often seeking out extra tasks or assisting others without prompting. In her first month as the Executive Assistant, Sholeh was asked to plan three small conferences in three separate cities. With little assistance (as she really had it fully organized) she was able to successfully manage all the logistics for the venues and participants at these three conferences. Sholeh is good at what she does, and she really seems to do all her work with pleasure.
Working with Sholeh, I found she combined a sharp client-focus and goal-oriented personality with an intuitive grasp of IT, which made consulting with her on technical matters a pleasure. Her high energy and enthusiasm ensured that the job got done no matter what it was, and I highly recommend her managerial and event coordination abilities to employers who are seeking someone with these types of competencies.
